Our New Build/Renovation Service: Build/Demo
At Bella B Home Designs, we offer our new build/renovations services. We will work directly with the builder/contractor on our client's behalf. We become your eyes and ears on the project and push for timelines and deadlines to be completed. Building process from beginning planning stages, architectural detailing by room, until installation day! Includes selections of the following; flooring, tile, slabs, windows, plumbing fixtures, lighting, cabinets, trim, wall molding, railings and so on. We focus on the “big picture”. We will take full consideration of the size, shape and use of the home being built before making any recommendations. When the process begins, we carve out time to hear and learn about your goals and visions you have for each space. This will help make the process of choosing flooring, lighting fixtures, trim, windows, moldings, railings, colors, materials and finishes easier. We take into consideration your needs and wants, mix that with the style you are seeking, and add in our true expertise to help in all decisions.
